I did not get my SMS reminder

Session reminders go out two hours before a session starts. If one did not arrive, it is almost always one of three things:

1. We do not have your phone number. Check your account settings — it is optional, and an empty one means no reminders.
2. You turned reminders off. Also in your account settings, under Notifications.
3. The number is wrong. It must be a Kenyan mobile number; anything else is refused when you save it.

Reminders are sent once per session. If you were sent one and did not see it, tell us and we can check the delivery record — every message we send is logged, including failures.
