You set the price per seat. There is a floor, shown on the cohort screen, below which the numbers stop working for everybody.
Our commission falls as the price rises, in bands. The cohort screen shows the exact breakdown as you type: the commission, the M-Pesa processing fee, and what reaches you, recalculated on every keystroke.
Your rate is fixed for a cohort at the moment a learner pays. If we change the fee schedule later, it never changes what you are owed for seats already sold.
