What if I cannot teach a cohort?
Cancelling, and what it costs the learners.

Tell us as early as you can. Before a cohort starts this is straightforward; after it has started, people have arranged their lives around it.
You can cancel a cohort from its page. You are asked to type the cohort name — not a fixed word, the actual name — because the second time somebody does this, a fixed word is muscle memory.
Every learner is refunded in full, including the M-Pesa fee, however far the cohort has run. Any payout of yours that has not been sent is cancelled. That is the right way round: the policy that refunds learners a proportion is about a learner changing their mind, not about a cohort being taken away from them.
You cannot delete your Elevate account while you are teaching a cohort that has learners in it. Cancel or finish it first.
